How to Make a Push Stick

Today I’m going to be making a push stick for my table saw. A push stick is an absolute necessity for anybody that is going to be operating a table saw, router table, jointer, etc. It allows you to extend your grip when pushing a piece of stock through your power tools. This allows your hand to be further from the blade, which in turn gives you more time to react if something wrong occurs. I would recommend watching the video for a better explanation, but trust me when I say it’s a necessity for every SAFE workshop.
