How to Make a Clamp Rack

February 9, 2016

Description:

A while back I had a viewer by the name of William Wilson offer me the plans to make this clamp rack and I couldn’t turn it down. This rack can hold 38 clamps and if you add dowels to the sides, you can store your spring clamps to get even more storage out of it. This only uses one sheet of 2’x4′ plywood that is 3/4″ thick, which will only set you back about $10.00  This clamp rack is held together using a series of dados, rabbets, and grooves to join everything together for a nice strong fit. If you’d like to make this clamp rack for your shop, I’ve included a cutting diagram so you can make one yourself.
