How to Make a Hockey Puck Rebounder (Old Version)

November 4, 2013

Description:

Note: This is the older version of my hockey puck rebounder video. Since then, I have created a new video on how to make a hockey puck rebounder that is higher quality.

This week I made a hockey puck rebounder. I saw so many online that costed a $100.00 for a piece of plastic with a bungee cord. I couldn’t live with myself if I spent that much money on something I could make for $6.00. So I went out to the shop and found a scrap of 2×3 and purchased a bungee cord at my local hardware store for around $6.00. I used a pocket hole jig to connect the 3 boards together and screwed the bungee cord to the rebounder. Since I didn’t have a shooting pad, I picked up a 4’x8′ sheet of hardboard at my local hardware store and used that. It actually works great and it was only around $8.00.
